2 quail birds
3 minced onions
Salt, cumin and white pepper
Mastic, cardamom and laura leaves
Butter for frying
1. Grate the onion and mix with salt pepper and cumin.
2. Stuff well the inside part of the quail.
3. Bring a pot with water and when it boils, put the mastic, laura leaves and cardamom.
4. Put the stuffed quail, when well cooked take it off stove.
5. Fry it in butter.
