1 kg of boneless sea bass fish
4 chucked big pieces of potatoes
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil and cumin
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1. Mix oil, garlic, spices and lemon juice.
2. Season the fish with the mixture from inside and outside.
3. Place the potatoes, rest of the mixture and carrots beside the fish.
4. Roll them with foil and put the tray in oven.
5. Remove the foil 10 minutes before getting the fish out of the oven.
