Broiled Ribs

Ingredients List

1 kg of veal ribs
2 cups of yoghurt
Grated lemon peel

Lemon juice

Salt, pepper and 2 spoons of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of green leaves vegetables
2 spoons of vinegar
3 onions juice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of mustard

Preparation

1. Season the ribs with the above mixture
2. Put them in the fridge for 12 hours.
3. Broil the seasoned ribs.
4. Garnish with parsley leaves then serve.
