Ingredients List
1 kg of peeled and boiled big eggplant (roomy)
2 yoghurt packs
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
3 tablespoons of minced vegetable leaves
1/3 cup of lemon juice
Salt, cumin and hot chili (as desired)
Preparation
1. Boil the eggplant then grind by machine.
2. Mix all the above ingredients and put the egg plant on it.
3. Stir and garnish with green coriander then serve.
