Ingredients List
1 kg of fried eggplant
6 tomatoes juice
2 tablespoons of sauce
1 big minced onion
2 tablespoons of garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
Roasted minced meat
Green pepper
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Fry the onion with hot green pepper in butter.
2. Add garlic, spices and sauce.
3. Put on stove for 5 minutes then put off stove.
4. Arrange the fried eggplant circles in a Pyrex basin.
5. Add roasted meat then eggplant in layers of meat and eggplant
up to the last layer.
6. Place tomato sauce on the surface, put in an oven and then serve.
