Ingredients List
1 kg of clean ready okra
3/4 kg of tomato juice
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 medium size onions cut into little pieces
Salt and pepper (as desired)
1 teaspoon of dried coriander
2 butter spoons and 2 tablespoons of green coriander
Preparation
1. Bring a pan to fry onions and hot chili pepper in butter.
2. Add garlic and dried coriander then tomatoes later till comes to the boil.
3. Add okra, salt and pepper until it is well cooked.
4. Add green coriander before removing the pan off stove.
5. Serve with lemon
