1 1/2 liter of broth
1 1/2 cup of vermicelli
1 kg of chicken clods
Salt and white pepper
2 tablespoons of butter
Preparation
1. Put the butter with the chicken clods and vermicelli on the stove.
2. Stir them till the vermicelli color turns golden.
3. Pour the broth with spices till it is well cooked.
4. Garnish and sprinkle with few dry thyme, then serve it.
